Payment Terms and Conditions for Zodiac Holidays (As per RBI Guidelines)
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through the following methods:- Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
- UPI/QR Code Payments.
- International Payment Gateways (for foreign currency payments).
- Demand Drafts or Bank Transfers.
Advance Payment:
- An initial deposit (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit amount will vary based on the package type and travel dates.
Balance Payment:
- The remaining balance must be paid before the specified due date, as outlined in the booking confirmation.
- For international tours, payments should comply with RBI’s Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS).
Currency Conversion:
- For international packages, currency conversion rates will apply as per the prevailing rate on the date of payment.
- Any fluctuation in rates or additional charges due to conversion will be borne by the customer.
Tax Compliance:
- GST and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be charged as per Government regulations.
- Customers traveling internationally are required to provide their PAN (Permanent Account Number) for TCS compliance.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
- Any refunds due will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Foreign currency payments will be refunded in INR as per RBI guidelines.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any payment disputes must be resolved in accordance with RBI’s Ombudsman Scheme or the applicable arbitration process.
Foreign Exchange Limits:
- International travelers are advised to adhere to the maximum permissible foreign exchange limit under RBI’s FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act).
Travel Insurance:
- Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, as required for certain international tours, to ensure compliance with RBI mandates.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must ensure payments are made through legitimate channels and comply with RBI guidelines for overseas remittances and domestic transactions.
