At Zodiac Holidays, we are committed to providing transparent and secure payment processes for all our customers. This Payment Policy explains the terms under which payments are accepted for our travel services.

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. Customers may also make payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque (subject to clearance), or cash in accordance with Government of India guidelines. All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, and we do not store your card, UPI, or net banking details on our servers.

To confirm services, a minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking. The balance amount must be paid before ticket issuance, visa submission, or the commencement of the tour, whichever is applicable. Bookings made close to the departure date will require full payment upfront. All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, conversion charges may apply as per their bank’s policies.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. All refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment, and the processing timelines may vary depending on banks and Razorpay’s settlement cycle.

All payments made through Razorpay are encrypted and secured. Zodiac Holidays reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if any fraudulent activity is suspected. In the case of failed or declined transactions due to network issues, insufficient funds, or incorrect payment details, we cannot be held responsible. If an amount is debited from your account but not reflected in our records, the bank or payment provider will reverse the amount as per their timelines.
